No, the Board does not give advice or information related to corporate issues. The Board licenses individuals to practice medicine unless that individual is otherwise exempted. The exceptions to licensure to practice medicine can be reviewed at Health Occupations Article, §14-302 and §14-302.1, Md. Code Annotated.
